Enertec offers a lifetime warranty on its window systems. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship for the product’s lifetime after installation. This means that if you install a defective window, you can return it for repair.

How do I claim under the warranty?

To claim under the warranty, call the Enertec’s customer service department. You will be asked to provide your order number and serial number of the product. Once this information is received, an authorized representative from Enertec will contact you within five business days to schedule a free inspection at one of our factory locations.

Can I get my money back?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with the product, we’ll refund 100% of the purchase price. However, there may be some exceptions to this policy. Please see the Terms & Conditions section below.
